We all have a part to play in reducing the spread of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia. By limiting our interactions and avoiding close contact with others, we can flatten the curve.
The health, safety, and well-being of our clients, staff, and communities are our top priority. We are actively monitoring and assessing the evolving health risks posed by COVID-19 and are closely following guidelines from public health organizations, government agencies, and global health authorities.
For this reason, we are temporarily restricting access to our Halifax office effective November 26 and until further notice. All transactions can be completed by phone and/or email.
Staff at our Dartmouth office will continue to take in-person meetings, but only if your insurance matter is an emergency. Please call (902) 466-5328 in advance to book an appointment. We will not be accepting walk-ins at this time.
The following guidelines will be implemented if you must enter our office:
- Face masks are mandatory when entering our office.
- One client (unless accompanied by small children) will be allowed in at a time. Note: appointments will be one hour, as this will give us time to sanitize the space between clients.
- Public access to our washroom is closed.
- We ask if you or a family member is feeling ill or if you have traveled outside of the province in the last 14 days to reschedule your appointment or we can assist you by phone and/or email.
